- Getting rid of extra ghosts no longer does a player damage sound
- Ghosts will no longer spawn in a dimension when there are no players in said dimension
- Ghosts will no longer flash on the player's screen when spawning
- New ghosts will spawn from a 1 second loop instead of every tick
