-(hopefully) fixed a rare issue where the collision for the block break paddle could fail if you moved it too quickly

-added a white outline to Flying Chicken's game over card because I think it looks a little bit nicer

-fixed a bug where running out of time in the Defusal game would not reveal bomb locations
