Introducing the Light Arts!
- 4 new Light Arts, including a Mastery Art.
- Added Light Emblem and The Scripture of The Light.
- Added a new cooldown command to remove, and set cooldowns.
- Fixed previous commands not targetting chosen players.
- Changed syntax for the /mastery command.
- Re-balanced the Dark Arts slightly.
- Particles optimised, to improve visibility
- Removed "Empty Emblem" from Creative Tab. Was used during testing the mod.
