The Boys: Unbalanced

Intitial release number 2.

Originally was gonna name the mod sum "The Boys: Project V" because all good names were taken. But then found an existing mod with the same name on curseforge, so I guess I am just gonna throw in both keywords in the title lmao.

There are bugs I am aware of, but I will fix those later. And there are bugs i am NOT aware of, so drop in discord and tell me about them or something. If I remember to set up a discord in the first place, that is.
