Thanatos

From 1.2.0:

• Implemented #2 part 2 (Added some actual death animations)
• Fixed longstanding issue where player height didn't adjust itself properly

Now that the mod is in somewhat better shape, I'm probably going to slow down development a bit. There are a couple things in the backlog, including porting to other versions; those will still be happening, but I am going to take somewhat of a break.
