Thanatos

From 1.0.0:

• (hopefully) Fixed random crash when generating new chunks rapidly
• Made ghosts render in third person view
• Fixed dragon fight softlock when first player to enter end was incorporeal
• Made hardcore mode work correctly
• Removed ghost splashing effects in water
• Prevented ghosts from detonating beds and respawn anchors when in wrong dimension
• Implimented #1 (players can now have the mod's respawn system turned on and off for them)

Notably, if you are upgrading an existing world from 1.0.0 but are getting the normal respawn screen, you may need to activate the mod using "/thanatos enabled set true"
