TFMG: Some bugs fixes

This mod fixes a few stupid bugs from The factory must Grow mod (TFMG)

This mod fixes the following bugs:

• Lack of linear dependence of fuel consumption with a long engine

• Zero fuel consumption with analog redstone (now if the fuel consumption is 0mb, the engine will not run)

• no falling out of engine parts after breaking

• crash with empty oil can when returning null to int

• zero fuel consumption for radial_engine
