Patched to work with TFC versions after the creative-tab API change, while remaining compatible with older tab definitions
toggleBurnTint (client) also toggles smoke and fire particles emitted from charred blocks
Added rejuvenationLowerBound and rejuvenationUpperBound (defaults 30 and 250 ticks), to control the random interval used when rejuvenating charred blocks
Explicitly enable and call randomTick() (and isRandomlyTicking = true) on all blocks using the char mechanic, so charred-state updates run reliably, even when vanilla or existing tick behavior would skip them
