Terrastorage 1.2.6 for Minecraft 1.20.3 and 1.20.4

This update resolves compatibility issues, introduces a Russian translation, and includes minor enhancements.

Bug Fixes

• Adjusted the way Terrastorage ensures the custom name of certain block entities is added to initial chunk data, resolving compatibility issues with other mods. (#31)
• Adjusted the injection logic for block entity nametag rendering, fixing an issue where the nametags wouldn't render if another mod provided custom rendering logic. (#28)
