Altered Obtainment for skills that require seed or egg, Dagda of Life now requires Hero haki instead of sacred.

Balance:

• Morrigan no longer cancels revivals
• Morrigan no longer bypasses Nullifications reasoning? I put a hard limit on how many skills can have Null bypass at a time, and i uber buffed morrigan for no reason.
