Requested by @propelguy and @hvnbael.

Bug Fixes

• Fixed a bug where TDLing with the ultimate acquisition gamerule is off would still award the player the incoming ultimate.
• HOPEFULLY fixed the Burrow bug in multiplayer, curse you @korafey...
