🛠 Improvements

• Improved teleport execution robustness for delayed and safety-checked teleports
• Improved player state synchronization after teleporting, including camera reset behavior
• Improved target teleport safety checks around special collision blocks:
  • Doors are now treated as passable space during safety search
  • Fences, walls, and fence gates are no longer selected as safe support blocks

🐞 Fixes

• Fixed an edge case where players could remain in an incorrect flying or elytra state after cross-dimensional teleporting on dedicated servers
