Changes:

• Wooden, Stone, Iron, Copper, and Gold hoes now only harvest the block the player is on
• Diamond hoes now harvest in a 3x3 around the player
• Netherite hoes now harvest in a 5x5 around the player

This version is for 1.21.10 only since the addition of copper hoe
