Changes:
- Wooden, Stone, Iron, and Gold hoes now only harvest the block the player is on
- Diamond hoes now harvest in a 3x3 around the player
- Netherite hoes now harvest in a 5x5 around the player
Removed functionality for 1.21.10 due to new copper hoe not being registered
- Seperate version to be made
