New:

• Local Hop: aim at a nearby block and hit the keybind to have the TARDIS dematerialise and rematerialise there. Short cooldown, real travel delay, and a fade animation so it doesn't feel instant.
  
• Spectator-style flight controls: scroll wheel adjusts flying speed, and look direction affects flight pitch.
  
  

Fixed:

• TARDIS/player state not being restored correctly when disconnecting or during a server shutdown mid-flight.
  
• Local Hop occasionally never completing the teleport.
  
• Fuel not depleting correctly during some flights.
