• Gave "Talisman Of The Void" 2 more blocks it can collect
• Redid "Talisman Of Phantom Insight" logic so it actually works now
• Redid "Talisman Of Mending Tides" logic to be less demanding & resolve mainhand bias
• Altered "Talisman Of The Sitting Turtle" texture to be more inline with the rest
• Increased cooldown on Phantom Talisman re-use
