TETHER ENTITY BLACKLIST SCREEN

By using a paper, crouching then interacting with a wolf with a Link status will open a new screen that lists entities. Selected entities will be blacklisted, or will not be recorded or affected by the Tether Runestone when the wolf attacks said entities.

FIX

1. Fixed the reversed tree grower for Verdant Spruce Sapling
2. Fixed the unintended long duration of Wind Veil effect when using a Tether Runestone Plate to teleport a wolf/wolves
3. Fixed the invalid dimension checks for the Genesis Runestone Plate

CHANGES

1. Updated some entries of the Items Handbook
2. Removed the optional sound configs for final implementation
3. Updated the methods for player preferences so it will sync with the config file
4. New version naming scheme: <mod_version> <minecraft_version>
