Take Back the Night

-Gave Herobrine glowing eyes.

-Gave Herobrine a new attack below 50% health: Riptide dash.

-Fixed Herobrine's wither skulls spawning from his feet. This causes them to accidentally hit him.

-Improved the animation for Herobrine's potion rain attack.

-Improved the collision of Herobrine's fang attacks and also fixed a bug that made the fangs float in the air or clip through blocks in uneven terrain. That should no longer happen.
