TaCZ x Guns Lights Addon [NEW]

Fixed a critical bug: dynamic light from gunshots and bullet tracers no longer stays lit forever after re-entering the world or a chunk reload. It used to get baked into the real world light data and stay glowing at the spot you fired from, even much later. New setting: "Silencer/muzzle brake brightness" — 100% / 50% / Off, in the mod's config screen. Defaults to 100% (unchanged) — turn it down if you want a dimmer flash on suppressed or compensator-equipped guns. Updated compatibility with TaCZ to version 1.1.8-hotfix. Added a log warning when the Starlight mod is installed — it's incompatible with this addon's dynamic lighting (lights won't render, but it won't crash). The warning is localized. Minor code cleanup and build script fixes.
