Fixes

• Fixed ADS fatigue HP penalty so the HP percent now decreases correctly while exhausted.
• Changed ADS fatigue HP penalty to max-health based 1% ticks, stopping at 1 HP.
• Added stamina trace diagnostics for checking ADS/fatigue state from logs.
• Included the latest chest ownership and hotfix changes in the packaged Modrinth build.

Packaging

• Updated embedded TacZ Roguelike jars to 0.6.1-hotfix.
• Synced mrpack metadata to 0.6.1-hotfix.
