Initial Minecraft 26.2 Port

This release ports TaCZ: Refabricated from Minecraft 1.21.1 to Minecraft 26.2.

Changes

• Updated the mod for Minecraft 26.2 and Fabric.
• Adapted registries, resources, recipes, models, and other content to Minecraft's new data-driven systems.
• Updated incompatible APIs, mappings, networking, rendering, and internal game references.
• Restored firearm mechanics, ammunition, attachments, scopes, animations, sounds, crafting, and Survival functionality.
• Updated bundled libraries and required dependencies for Minecraft 26.2.
• Retains support for TaCZ gunpacks where compatible.

This is an unofficial port and may still contain bugs or incompatibilities. Please report any issues you encounter so they can be investigated.
