Fixed an issue where the skill HUD did not appear for weapons configured in the AutoUnlockSystem.

Added support for unlocking sword skills for any player using the command
/swordskillunlock <target> <skillname>.
- Sword skills can now be unlocked in Creative Mode without requiring a skill orb.
