Implemented animations using PlayerAnimator
- Adjusted sword skill activation speed due to PlayerAnimator implementation
- Fixed an issue where weapons could not be changed with the mouse wheel during sword skills
- Implemented a feature where Claw weapon cooldown is halved when dual-wielded
- Resolved an issue where sword skills were not updated with /reload when creating data packs
- Changed the system so that when "name" and "weapontype" are the same, both are applied
- Fixed an issue where the HUD's initial position was incorrect
