Switchy

Changes:

• Add /switchy say, which sends a chat message with a given profile's name
  • For the duration of the send, player display name and skin will return modified, which may work with skin-ID based chat bridges.
• Add switchy:tag component, editable prefix/suffix combos that reroute chat messages to say
  • Imported from / exported to pk-compatible proxy_tags field.
• Don't include Placeholder API anymore (integrates when styled nicknames/chat is installed)
• Save profile name capitalisation passed to /switchy new in the name component
