Added server groups

What are server groups?
Server groups are admin-defined, server-wide waystone groups. All players see them and can use them to filter the waystone list. Only waystones that are visible to everyone can be added. Server groups are stored on the server and synced to every player on login and when changes are made.

Where do they appear?

• In the group selection screen (opened when you click the Group button in the waystone menu): server groups are shown in the left column under "Server groups". Your own groups are in the right column under "My groups".
• When you select a server group, the Group button label shows its name in light blue. Server groups are read-only for players: you cannot edit them, rename them, or delete them in the UI (only server admins can manage them via commands).

Admin commands (server groups only):
Require OP level 2 or run from server console. All commands are under the prefix /swg:

swg add <name> <waystone>	Add a waystone to a server group (use waystone name or UUID; tab suggests only waystones visible to everyone)

swg list <name>	List waystone UUIDs in that server group
swg deleteall	Delete all server groups
swg removeall <name>	Remove all waystones from a server group

New group selection view

In 1.0.0, clicking the Group button opened a single list (All + your groups). In 1.1.0 the group selection screen was redesigned:

• Two columns: Server groups (left) and My groups (right), with a search field and an All button at the top.
• Single column: When you have only server groups or only your own groups, that single column uses the full width (same as the All button).
• Empty state: When you have no player groups, the "My groups" header and list are hidden. When there are no groups at all, the search field stays visible but is disabled.

Improved group management

• Reorder waystones: In the Edit Group screen you can change the order of waystones in a group using up/down arrow buttons (and shift for first/last). Order is saved and synced.
• New group screen: The "New Group" screen now has a search field for waystones and clearer layout.

Bug fixes

• Creating a group with no name: In 1.0.0, clicking Create with an empty group name did nothing and gave no feedback. In 1.1.0 the group name field shows a red border when you try to create with an empty name, so it is clear that a name is required.
• Creating a group with no waystones selected: In 1.0.0 you could click Create without selecting any waystones (creating an empty group with no clear indication). In 1.1.0 the Create button is disabled until at least one waystone is selected, so you cannot create a group with no content by mistake.

Full translations for German, Czech, French, Russian, Japanese, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese; English used as fallback for the remaining locales.
