- Added a Bounty Board to reward players for killing mobs and collecting heads and eggs

- Enabled Abilities to carry weapons enchantments from held weapons
- Wearing a mob head will make it so that the specific mob type does not attack the player; just don't hit the mob, or it will break the illusion.
