New Progression Systems

• Added /senchant extract <highest|all> to turn custom enchants back into books using XP levels.
• Added /senchant journal with a persistent player discovery journal.

Discovery Tracking

• Journal progress now saves per player and survives restarts.
• Existing custom items/books in inventory are scanned on join and backfill missing discoveries.
• Shop purchases, admin-given books, and extracted books now unlock journal entries immediately.
