StrikeAfterSwing delays mob melee damage until the attack swing animation finishes.
In vanilla Minecraft, many mobs deal melee damage immediately when the attack starts, even though the swing animation is still playing. This mod changes that behavior so the damage lands at the end of the swing instead.
Features:
- Delays non-player mob melee damage until the swing animation finishes
- If the target moves out of range before the delayed hit lands, the attack is cancelled
- Keeps player attacks unchanged
- Makes melee combat timing feel more consistent with attack animations
- Works through mixins with minimal gameplay changes beyond attack timing
