Streamer Mode

1.21 -> 1.21.8 Release

Note:

2. Does not work (hiding other's names) if the server has a custom TAB. (like complex). Works fine otherwise.
3. It shows your actual username in logs.
4. Spams your logs like crazy on 1.21.2 and above (seems to be a vanilla issue, as this also happened on vanilla)

Command to start using: /streamer
