Stephatea's Modular Armour

Added -

• Ammo management. now some weapon modules will require ammo in order to be used. Refuel by holding redstone or rockets in the oppersite hand, crouching, and clicking. Additionally the modules that need ammo have been given 3d models when in first person. These show an ammo count when held in the main hand.
• Additional functionality added to Environment Scanner module, Still under developement
