Fix CurseForge build: CC: Tweaked resolved to an invalid unofficial reupload
- The CurseForge export fingerprinted CC: Tweaked to an unofficial reupload (CF project 1579830, file id 8273779 — invalid/removed) instead of the official project, so the CF manifest referenced a dead file id.
- CC: Tweaked is now kept out of
packwiz curseforge detect(like Aether's Delight) and ships as an allowlisted override jar, so the CurseForge zip no longer references the bad file id. No change to the Modrinth build.
