Fixed:

• Fixed an issue where a new player connecting using WebRTC would disconnect the previous player that was connected using WebRTC due to improper state management
• Fixed mod version shown in F3 menu not matching the real mod version

Improvements:

• Improved descriptions for configuration values. Translations may lag behind the new descriptions.
• Improved the internal tracking of performance counters
• Greatly reduced CPU usage in the packet batching loop, but slightly reduces the precision of timings
