More specifically: The player will now heal every 5 seconds while their hunger is above 10 points (half of max), and every 10 seconds if below half but not starving. Modded and vanilla foods that had high saturation values to provide lots of healing with the vanilla system will now last MUCH longer. To somewhat compensate for this, if saturation > 0, some exhaustion will be added with each heal.
