• New feature, placeholders for PlaceholderAPI

Here's the list of available placeholders:

%statusping_restarting% - true or false
%statusping_restart_time% - countdown time
%statusping_uptime% - server uptime
%statusping_tps% - just tps
%statusping_mspt% - just the mspt
%statusping_ram_used% - server ram used
%statusping_ram_total% - total server ram
%statusping_last_heartbeat% - last time since heartbeat
%statusping_heartbeat_status% - current status of heartbeat (success, failed, waiting etc..)

• Added more information for statusping command to show server performance
• Added optional bossbar for restarts
• Added a update checker, notifies in-game (optional) and in console
• Fixed a bug with statusping command sometimes failing to read heartbeat
