Stats Surge 0.3

• Fixed: Stats Screen now closes properly with the K key
• Fixed: Dash HUD arc no longer renders fully filled during the intro animation
• Fixed: Particles on Blood Bearer entities
• Added: Healing particles for Vitality regeneration, now visible to other players in multiplayer
• Dash HUD now syncs its entry animation with the Blood Points overlay

Note: This is a functional build but may still contain bugs. Feedback is appreciated on how the dash cooldown feels in multiplayer and any visual glitches with the new HUD.
