Added a new gamerule: minInfectionChance

Removed the doInfection gamerule (replaced by minInfectionChance and maxInfectionChance)
The additionalZombieSpawnRate and onlyZombies gamerules now only affect the Overworld
Zombies can now drop spider eyes
