Starlight

Fixed a packwiz behavior that prevented server side Modrinth content to be included in the modpacks. This resulted in missing mods in previous versions that were supposted to be in this modpack. The following mods were not included:

• World Edit
• Carpet
• Limitless Banners
• Teleport commands
• Can Lightning Do Fire
