Starfield Pastoral Production

Initial release.

• Speed multiplier system for every timed Starfield Pastoral production and artisan machine: 1 = normal speed, 2 = twice as fast, up to 10 = ten times as fast.
• One global Default Speed Multiplier applied to every machine you haven't customized individually, plus a per-machine override for all 21 supported machines: Bee House, Cask, Charcoal Kiln, Cheese Press, Crystalarium, Dehydrator, Deluxe Worm Bin, Fish Smoker, Furnace, Geode Crusher, Heavy Furnace, Incubator, Keg, Lightning Rod, Loom, Mayonnaise Machine, Oil Maker, Preserves Jar, Seed Maker, Tapper, Worm Bin.
• In-game config screen (Mods → Starfield Pastoral Production → Config) with a tooltip on every machine field showing its real base processing time and what it becomes at 1x, 2x, 3x, 5x, and 10x.
• Optional Log Speed Changes setting to print every applied speed-up to the log, for verifying your config.
