Removals
- Staff of Uninflammability
- Literally did nothing; Fire Resistance II doesn't change anything, and I could not think of a power to give it without it being overpowered or needing all other upgraded Staffs to have an ability as well Optimizations
- Applying effects only when neccessary
- Triggered through "inventory_changed" checks
