Stacked Armor Trims

putting on a trim with a pattern that's already on the armor will remove the old one, since it wouldn't be visible anyway

added new gamerule that can turn off above behavior

trim removal now done in the smithing table with an axe instead of the anvil with flint; the axe takes damage, but does not consume the whole thing

a template can be used with the axe to remove a specific layer of trim instead of the most recent one; the template is not consumed
