Stackable Absorption Hearts

This version of the datapack only causes the 8 hearts of absorption from Enchanted Golden Apples to decrease gradually by 2 hearts every 2 minutes.

It does not stack the absorption effect when eating multiple golden apples!

I just made this version cause the code changes are minimal and it makes this a much less overpowered version of the original datapack. This way it's just a slight buff for Enchanted Golden Apples.
