Somewhat Sophisticated Vinyl Decor

added:

• visual toggle for wall Racks (toggle to only show disc/cover/both), right-click with tuning fork

changed:

• changed tuning fork to work only when only crouching for linking
• optimize Soundbox Code
• Added Visual for Button Press Cooldown, change cooldown to 1000ms rather than 250ms

fix :

• misalign playlist when disc is playing
• SoundBox track exclude visual Misalignment during play
• audio track switching cuts out audio data eventually (its just a stopgap, literally fighting with vanilla sound engine for it to not cut out)
