My bad.
- Fixed a bug where stripping a cactus wouldn't strip the cacti above and below it
- Added the Stripped Cactus in the .lang file, cos I forgot to originally.
- Improved the readability of the code in the StrippedCactusBlock.java class for anyone wanting to magpie, copy or learn from it!
