Spawn Animations Compats

Compatibility:

• Added compatibility for Royal Variations
• Added compatibility for Species

Tweaks:

• Revenant skeleton of Luminous being in pop animation too
• Revenant skeleton of Luminous missing in has_emissive_layer making their glowing face float before spawning animation float even if Pehkui is installed
• Fixed pop animations for modded mobs not working
• Reduce the size of pack.png files by half
