Changelog compared to 1.0.0:
- Config options for attack damage and speed modifiers added for all materials
- Disabling weapon types in the SW config no longer breaks tags
- Mecha Pulse's default cooldown reduced from 45 to 40 seconds
- Mecha Pulse's default effect duration reduced from 8 to 7 seconds
- Many config fixes
