Fixed a bug where blocks that required diamond or higher tools would be broken incorrectly
Dependencies should now be properly enforced during modloading
The Blazing Brand trait now gives its own Blazing Brand effect, allowing for armor reduction to be configured
New Config Options:
- blazingBrandLifestealChance, 1.0 by default (identical to previous behavior)
- blazingBrandArmorReduction, 0.2 by default (identical to previous behavior)
- blazingBrandArmorToughnessReduction, 0.2 by default (identical to previous behavior)
Slight tweak to all particles produced by traits Small updates to some trait descriptions
