Sparkles: Stardust Optional Resourcepack v1.0.0

Welcome to the rebrand! This "new" resourcepack combines the old "Incendium Optional Resource pack" and "Stardust Biome Name Fix". Instead of a new Modrinth listing, this uses the same page, even though we are starting fresh from v1.0.0.
