Update 1.1

• Added Crunchy Ice Salad, which grants a temporary speed boost to happy ghasts.
• Added Pandas and Ghastlings to the list of mobs that can be permanently turned into babies using the Petrified Shell.
• Fixed an ID mismatch with the Shattered Nether Star (old ones may have behaved like Petrified Shells).
• Cleaned up the code for the Petrified Shell when used on baby mobs.
