Added Crunchy Ice Salad, which grants a temporary speed boost to happy ghasts.
Added Pandas and Ghastlings to the list of mobs that can be permanently turned into babies using the Petrified Shell.
Fixed an ID mismatch with the Shattered Nether Star (old ones may have behaved like Petrified Shells).
Cleaned up the code for the Petrified Shell when used on baby mobs.
