🐛 Bug Fixes & UI Improvements

• Anchor List Centering: Fixed an issue where the elements in the Sound Anchor list menu were shifted to the right. The UI is now perfectly centered for a much cleaner look.
• 3D Radar Tweaks: Fixed a visual bug where short ambient sounds (like walking/stepping on grass) would "hang in the air" for far too long after the player moved or flew away. They now fade out naturally and quickly.
• Anchor Boundaries Stability: Fixed a rendering issue where 3D anchor boundaries (lines) would suddenly disappear when the player approached a corner or stood too close to the edge.
• List Button Alignments: Fixed an alignment bug in the Recent Sounds picker where the action buttons (+ / Manage) would overlap the scrollbar or get detached from the row boundaries.
• Fixed various minor cosmetic bugs and polished the overall GUI interaction.
